Doughboy Wind Farm Update

Initial layout proposed

This month Epuron lodged the Scoping Report for the project with the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE). The DPIE is the consent authority for renewable energy projects in NSW, which are considered State significant development. The DPIE will use the Scoping Report to prescribe the technical studies required, called Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs).

The proposed current design includes 52 turbines with an expected energy generation capacity of up to 300 megawatts (MW).
