Positive Response to White Rock Wind Farm

Epuron is pleased with the positive response and feedback received during the information day held last Wednesday in Glen Innes.

An estimated 40 people attended the event where details of the proposed wind farm project were on display. The information included maps showing the planned locations of wind turbines and other associated infrastructure including substations, power lines and access tracks. Photomontages showing the likely view of the completed wind farm from a number of locations around the site were on display.

Epuron’s specialist consultants were on hand to explain the process for the biodiversity, archaeology and noise impact assessments currently being carried out across the site. Photographs of a number of other wind farms around NSW and Australia were shown to provide an indication of the activities during the construction and operation of a wind farm. Epuron would like to thank the community for their input and positive attitude to the proposed project.
